Nina Anđelković has been a long-time Reebok fitness ambassador for Serbia. As an international fitness presenter and educator, she has worked across the Balkans and Europe, reaching thousands of recreational athletes, professional athletes, and trainers. She graduated from the Faculty of Sport in Belgrade and earned her Master’s degree in Quality Management in Fitness. In 1999, she founded the NINAS Fitness Club, built a team of international presenters, and established the Fitness Academy – an educational institution through which more than 1,000 fitness trainers in group, personal, and health fitness have been certified. For 13 years, she was a professor at the College of Sports and Health, and for 5 years she lectured at the Sports Academy. She has also been actively involved for many years in various fitness associations and organizations. Today, her main focus is on the development of health-oriented fitness, and as the proud owner and director of the Fitness Academy, she is now leading the 47th generation of fitness trainers.



Workshops
YOGA FLOW (masterclass)

Yoga Flow is a dynamic blend of yoga postures, breathing techniques, and controlled movement that strengthens the body, improves flexibility, and calms the mind. Through a fluid sequence of asanas, participants develop strength, balance, and inner focus, while also gaining a cardio effect thanks to the continuity of practice and the specific methodology of progression and connection, all synchronized with rhythmic music. The masterclass is suitable for all levels, as Nina’s professional approach and positive energy ensure adaptations for each individual.
SENIOR FITNESS (workshop)
The workshop will be held in Serbian.

Senior Fitness is a workshop designed to maintain vitality and health in older adults, as well as for trainers working with this population. The program provides training for both trainers and interested participants, offering ideas on how to adapt strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance exercises for older adults in a way that is safe and enhances functionality and independence in daily life. Nina guides participants through the workshop, advising on what to avoid and highlighting areas that require special attention when working with this age group, demonstrating how simple and safe exercises can significantly improve quality of life.
TRIGGER POINTS & TENNIS BALLS (workshop)
The workshop will be held in Serbian.

This workshop focuses on releasing muscle tension and pain using tennis balls for trigger point massage, along with breathing techniques and neuromuscular relaxation. Participants will learn how to identify painful areas in the body and effectively relieve them through simple breathing, relaxation, gentle movement, and self-massage techniques. The workshop is suitable for anyone looking to improve mobility, reduce neuromuscular tension, alleviate pain and blockages, and enhance tissue recovery after exercise.
