Dr. Urška Bukovnik holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Kansas and a Master’s in Biotechnology from the University of Ljubljana. She conducted research at CIMMYT in Mexico and received awards for her work, including at the 2011 Biophysics Congress in Baltimore. In 2020, she specialized in Nutritional and Metabolic Medicine in the USA. She collaborates with BioLab at the Medical Center Ljubljana, teaches at the Faculty of Sport, leads nutrition research at the Institute of Sport, and advises both professional and recreational athletes.

The lecture focuses on practical strategies for achieving hormonal balance through proper nutrition, smart supplementation, and appropriate physical activity. Participants will learn how to recognize signs of hormonal imbalance and take natural steps to improve their health and vitality.
