For over a decade, he has been a familiar presence on fitness convention stages across Europe, where his charisma, strong presence, and expertise inspire thousands of participants. At the convention, he will present two workout highlights that, as always, will leave no one indifferent.

Workshops

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT (masterclass)

Total Body Workout is a high-intensity full-body training session. In just 60 minutes, it combines functional exercises for strength, endurance, mobility, and coordination. Participants are guided through complex movements that lead to a satisfying feeling of muscle fatigue while completely losing track of time. This has become one of the most popular workouts in the latest group fitness season.

BOOTY WORK (workshop)

Booty Work is a specialized workshop focused on strengthening and shaping the lower body. It emphasizes targeted activation of the glutes, hips, and legs through exercises that build strength, stability, and explosiveness. Combining bodyweight and equipment-based drills, participants learn proper technique and how to maximize their training results for stronger, better-shaped glutes.
