Workshops

BREATHING AS A TOOL IN TRAINING AND REHABILITATION (lecture)

The workshop will be held in Croatian.

This workshop helps participants understand how proper breathing and functional use of the ribcage directly influence movement efficiency in training, daily life, and rehabilitation. Through simple tests and practical exercises, they will learn to improve core stability and control through breathing, reduce tension and fatigue by making better use of the respiratory system, engage the ribcage as a functional unit rather than just a “container for the lungs,” and synchronize breathing with movement for greater strength, endurance, and precision. The workshop is intended for anyone who wants to enhance the quality of training, movement efficiency, and everyday functioning through a deeper understanding of their own body.

RESTORING MOVEMENT THROUGH EXERCISES – BIOMECHANICS (workshop)

The workshop will be held in Croatian.

This workshop is a continuation of the previous lecture on breathing and is complemented with practical exercises and examples. It is a one-hour live session focused on restoring movement in the ribcage, pelvis, hips, and shoulders. Participants will learn to recognize and improve their movement patterns through simple yet effective exercises. The workshop includes a short introduction to the importance of proper movement, a demonstration of key movements, practical exercises for better coordination and body control, a Q&A session, and tips for applying the knowledge in everyday life. It is intended for anyone who wants to improve movement quality, reduce tension, and increase body awareness.
