SPINNING Convention

An energetic convention for all indoor cycling enthusiasts! International and local spinning master trainers will present different programs and riding styles. The event will combine intense training, great music, and the motivational energy that only group rides can offer. Interval rides, flat terrains, cardio sessions, how to motivate and retain participants, and how to properly prepare for leading this demanding workout are the main topics that will be covered. The SPINNING phenomenon continues to bring crowds of enthusiasts together, as its popularity remains incredibly strong.
