“Restoration of Movement” is a one-hour live workshop focused on aligning the movements of the rib cage, pelvis, hips, and shoulders. Participants will learn to identify and improve their movement patterns through simple yet effective exercises. The workshop includes: a brief introduction to the importance of proper movement; demonstration of key movements; practical exercises for better coordination and body control; Q&A and tips for applying the techniques in daily life. It is designed for anyone who wants to improve movement quality, reduce tension, and enhance body awareness.
The workshop will be held in Croatian

This workshop helps participants understand how proper breathing and functional use of the rib cage directly impact movement efficiency, in training, daily life, and rehabilitation. Through simple tests and practical exercises, participants will learn to: Improve core stability and control through breathing; Reduce tension and fatigue with better use of the respiratory system; Use the rib cage as a functional whole, not just a “space for the lungs”; Coordinate breathing with movement for greater strength, endurance, and precision. The workshop is designed for anyone looking to enhance training quality, movement efficiency, and everyday functioning through a deeper understanding of their own body.
TURKISH GET-UP (workshop)
The workshop will be held in Croatian

This workshop focuses on the Turkish get-up – a complex yet highly beneficial movement where the body is lifted from the floor with weight overhead. This exercise combines stability, strength, mobility, and full-body coordination. Participants will learn: How to perform the Turkish get-up safely and with proper technique; How to develop functional strength through this movement; How previous workshops (breathing and movement restoration) provide a foundation for successful execution; How to incorporate the Turkish get-up into their training as a tool for injury prevention and movement control development. The workshop is practical and suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
