Welcome to Hell is a no-equipment, high-energy full-body workout designed to challenge every aspect of your physical abilities. The session consists of 666 repetitions, covering a wide range of movements. Participants will sit, stand, bend, press, pull, twist, crawl, lunge, and jump, maximizing the potential of the body.

This is a fun yet demanding workout for anyone who loves to push beyond their comfort zone!
