Workshops
OLD SCHOOL BODYBUILDING (lecture)

The opening of the bodybuilding convention will feature Žarko Stojić with a lecture on the training methods and techniques of legendary bodybuilding competitors from the 1970s and 1980s, such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sergio Oliva, Serge Nubret, Franco Columbu, and others. This was the era when bodybuilding flourished in the United States — the most important period for the rise of modern bodybuilding and the IFBB federation. The lecture will provide plenty of fascinating insights for everyone interested in the very core of bodybuilding.
BODYBUILDING – THE BIGGEST TRAINING MISTAKES (workshop)

As a culture of body shaping, bodybuilding has always been highly exposed to mistakes and misinterpretations of training programs and exercises due to the large number of participants. Žarko Stojić will demonstrate the most common errors, correcting and explaining them in practice. It is very important not to persist with incorrect execution, as injuries, pain, and other unwanted side effects can quickly hinder quality progress and training.
