DESCRIPTION:Bodybuilding kot kultura oblikovanja telesa je vsa leta zaradi masovne udeležbe vadečih zelo izpostavljen napakam in nepravilnim interpretacijam vadbenih programov in vaj. Žarko Stojić bo predstavil različne demonstracije najpogostejših napak\, ki jih bo v praksi tudi popravil in utemeljil. Zelo pomembno je\, da se ne vztraja v napačnem konceptu izvedbe\, kajti poškodbe\, bolečine in drugi neželeni stranski učinki\, zelo hitro preprečijo kvaliteten napredek in trening. \nAs a culture of body shaping\, bodybuilding has always been highly exposed to mistakes and misinterpretations of training programs and exercises due to the large number of participants. Žarko Stojić will demonstrate the most common errors\, correcting and explaining them in practice. It is very important not to persist with incorrect execution\, as injuries\, pain\, and other unwanted side effects can quickly hinder quality progress and training.
