Prize Game

Prize Game – 2 Tickets for the 15th INTERNATIONAL BODIFIT FITNESS CONVENTION (October 24–26, 2025)

1. Organizer of the Prize Game

The organizer of the prize game is VICTUS D.O.O., Tržaška cesta 65, 2000 Maribor, (hereinafter referred to as the organizer), who is responsible for the content and implementation of the prize game.

2. Duration and Area of the Prize Game

The prize game takes place exclusively on the BODIFIT Facebook and Instagram profiles and is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
It runs from October 21, 2025, until October 23, 2025, at 12:00 PM, when the prize game officially ends.

3. Purpose

The prize game is organized for promotional purposes, with the aim of increasing online sales and rewarding loyal customers.

4. Conditions and Method of Participation

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and above who have permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia and who complete the following steps during the duration of the prize game:

  1. Like the post “Prize Game – Win 2×2 tickets for the BODIFIT Fitness Convention 2025” on the BODIFIT Facebook or Instagram profile,

  2. Share the same post as a story on their own profile, and

  3. Tag at least three friends in the comments of the post.

Minors may participate only with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
Participants are automatically entered into the prize draw by fulfilling all three conditions above.

The organizer is not responsible for any incorrect personal data provided by participants (e.g., invalid email address).

5. Prize Pool

The total prize value amounts to €760.00.
Two prizes will be awarded – 2x 2 tickets for the 2-day full-day program of the BODIFIT Fitness Convention.

The prize is transferable to another person but cannot be exchanged for other items or cash.
The monetary value of the prize cannot be paid in cash or gift vouchers.
By participating, the participant confirms acceptance of the terms and the data protection regulations.

6. Selection of Winners

The draw will take place after the prize game ends, on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at the headquarters of VICTUS D.O.O.
The draw will be conducted by a commission composed of representatives of the organizer.
The results of the draw are final, and appeals are not possible.

7. Notification and Collection of Prizes

Both winners will be publicly announced on the BODIFIT Facebook and Instagram profiles and notified via private message on the profile (FB or IG) used to complete the required steps.
Winners will also be asked to provide their personal details (name, surname, address, contact information, and tax number).

If a winner fails to provide the required information, the organizer reserves the right not to deliver the prize.
Personal data of the winners will be collected and processed for the purpose of the prize game and tax reporting.
If the winner does not provide the requested data within one day of receiving the notification, it will be considered that they do not wish to accept the prize, and their right to it will expire.
The organizer will then be released from all obligations toward that participant.
Prizes will be delivered or collected by agreement.

8. Taxes and Fees

The value of each prize exceeding €42.00 is subject to taxation under the Personal Income Tax Act (ZDoh-2).
The organizer will calculate and pay a 25% advance income tax on prizes exceeding this value.

9. Personal Data Protection

The organizer undertakes to protect all provided personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and to process them solely for the purpose of conducting the prize game, notifying the winners, and fulfilling tax obligations.
By providing their details to claim the prize, the winner gives explicit consent for their data to be used for the purposes of this prize game.

10. Liability

The organizer is not responsible for any technical errors in data transmission, system outages, delivery delays, or other circumstances beyond their control.
Upon receipt of the prize, or after signing a declaration of receipt (if applicable), all obligations of the organizer toward the winner cease.

11. Changes and Cancellation

The organizer reserves the right to change the rules or cancel the prize game without prior notice.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved amicably; otherwise, the Court of Maribor shall have jurisdiction.

13. Validity of the Rules

These rules enter into force on October 21, 2025.
